Rhiannon Harms is the Executive Director of Strategic Analytics at UnityPoint Health, a $4B, multi-state, integrated delivery system located in Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin. Her passion for using data to improve care quality, efficiency, and experience has led UnityPoint’s analytics maturity. Her work focuses on partnering with clinical and business leadership to solve today’s healthcare challenges. As a nationally recognized outcomes improvement leader, Harms and her team have received multiple awards including the Creative Tech Solution of the Year from the Technology Association of Iowa, the Innovator Award from Healthcare Informatics, and as a finalist for the ANNY Award from the International Institute for Analytics.
